Very happy with the water resistance so far. I've been wearing in Seattle.

Magnificent in it's utility

I have several garments from Micklagard and am so impressed with the quality and utility of their products. I bought the Jangen cape. (bespoke) early in the year and received it around midsummer. Only recently has the temperature dropped sufficiently for me to be able to wear it and I'M IN LOVE. I have the Cape ullen, and while I adore it as well, it's kind of a commitment to wear it. The Jangen is sized just right to be easy to wear, incredibly comfortable and layerable in about a million ways. I'm not sure why the cape isn't more prevalent in modern fashion. It's like the Swedish Army Knife of garments. If you are on the fence about purchasing a Micklagard garment, be aware that you are purchasing an heirloom.I personally guarantee that you will not be disappointed. These products are addictive. There's a good chance if you buy one, you'll want more. you've been warned.
