Payment and prices

All orders within European Union are VAT include. 

All orders from United Kingdom under GBP 135 include VAT.

All prices are current and may change in the future.

All shipping charges are calculated at the checkout and depends of the shipping destination.

Important:

Customs, import duties, and taxes may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Customer’s responsibility is to consult with their local Customs office and/or Tax advisor to verify are there any customs, import duties or taxes of the  products they purchased.

Micklagård AB is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Deliveries and returns

We offer the following delivery methods:

All orders delivered to Sweden - EUR 9,90

All orders delivered within European Union and United Kingdom - EUR 29,00

All orders delivered to the United States - EUR 32.90

Rest of the World - EUR 47,00

 Delivery within 30 days to the nearest delivery point.

Please note: Delivery time for Kebne jacket and Kirjas jacket is extended to 45 days because of long production time.

 

Returns - 14 days.

To avoid any customs delay and to ensure a seamless return experience, we kindly request all customers to provide us with their tracking numbers when initiating a return for exchange or refund.

Returns are at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not for postage. In case of change we will pay the new freight from us to you.

Products that are not subject to be returned for exchange or refund:

1. All Made To Measure products are made to your personal measurements and Micklagaard cannot be held responsible if you have not measured yourself correctly. 
2. All regular sizes that are shortened in length regarding your request or are made additional changes with your request. 

 

14 days open purchase

We follow the distance contract law and you are entitled to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You will regret your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of your order (or greater part of). The item should be returned well packed, in good condition and in original packaging.

 

If you as a customer have handled the article to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its features or features and this led to the returned item being less valuable, we are entitled to deduct a sum corresponding to the item's depreciation of the amount to be refunded. The impairment is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date we received the item. You may pay the return costs when you return the item.
