The two stars are for the customer service I received initially before ordering and for the apparent quality of the product upon receiving it. It looks to be really well made, but it doesn't fit. I did the "made-to-measure" option, and for the price I paid I should have received a pair of pants that fit perfectly. I measured myself 4 or 5 times, and even called customer service to ask about the measuring process -- making sure to keep the tape measure fitting loosely around my body. I watched the video multiple times where Micklagaard shows how to measure oneself, and measured myself in exactly the same manner. But the pants are way too tight around the crouch, hips, and seat. Absolutely no way to bend over without feeling like the pants are going to split at a seam. Just very uncomfortable and now I have a brand new pair of expensive pants that I can't wear.
Also, when I emailed Micklagaard about my dissatisfaction with the pants, they ignored me and didn't reply. Pretty disappointing.
