The pants I ordered previously were without a doubt 5 star ++++. I love them more and more each time I wear them. The mittens were sewn with the same excellent care and look great. My issue is with the cuffs. They're exactly the wrong width. Too narrow to go over my jacket sleeves, but too wide to fit inside the jacket sleeves. Because of that, they actually don't stay on because they get pushed off by the sleeve edge constantly. Unfortunately, I doubt I'm going to find as much use wearing them as I had hoped. I really wish they were narrower (tighter elastic)at the wrist and less material past the elastic. That way they could fit inside the sleeve.
Amazing mittens, sturdy but flexible enough for long bike rides in the cold. The tough wool insulation inside makes your hands warm up quickly after being exposed to low temperatures. Had to get a smaller size than usual, but still can wear it with liners underneath when necessary.
These are wonderful warm mittens. Love them. Perfect for our Alaskan winters.
