ANORAK ABISKO 2

This anorak has just become my go to outer layer. Warm and wind proof. Great for days on the hills. I try to wear as little as possible underneath. Either a T-shirt or mesh base layer. This for me is good down to zero degrees C and up to 10mph wind speed. Any colder I’d add another thin layer. It will hold back a lot of rain. It will soak up a lot but it seems to stay in the jacket. I much prefer this material over gore type shells. Best way to dry is just to keep wearing it.
Looking forward to seeing if it’s usable in warmer conditions. But based on my use to date I would highly recommend this anorak. I do own the hooded version as well. Which I’ll use in more extreme weather or if I know I’ll be standing around.

I have Seen Anoraks from Micklagaard first in TV Survival Documentary ALONE. This was the Anorak I always was searching for. Purchase was super easy, producing and international shipping to Germany last only about 1 month. Now the days getting colder and I was able to test the anorak at temperatures of 5 degrees celcius at light rain. The anorak was warming well and keeps the rain off.
Love this handmade clothes made of natural materials. Ideal for bush rafting and hunting, absolutely silent by stalking.

A very nice anorak. It fits perfectly and I hope that it is getting cold in the next weeks to test it while hunting or hiking. Perfect material and good work.
