The craftsmanship and construction of the jacket is remarkable! The finishing details take it to another level all together. This is definitely a garment one buys to last a lifetime and even pass down to future generations. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

I purchased this jacket last year and am very impressed with the fit, warmth and quality. It is very warm and moves very well with me when active. It has replaced my much loved Filson Double Mackinaw and I will never go back. For those who have a similar coat the Kebne is warmer, longer, moves better, has a higher collar, better hand warmer pockets and is much more windproof. The hood is fantastic and that was always a missed item on the Mackinaw. The one drawback to the Kebne is the breathability. With the lining this is much warmer and I have overheated a number of times. I vent a bit by unzipping it and securing the storm flap to get some breathability but not much. If you are in mild climates this coat will be too much if you are active.

This is by far the greatest jacket I have ever seen. Obviously someone who would purchase one should think so or else they wouldn’t by it, but this jacket exceeded my expectations. It somehow looks better in person, it feels substantial and heavy, but not cumbersome. It’s very soft, it’s not too short or cropped too high. The front pockets don’t just have two entrances, but are actually two seperate compartments that allow access from the top and the sides totalling in 10 pockets including the under two which aren’t shown in photos on their website. The zips feel amazing, the finishing date beautiful and the hood detaches. I am not left wanting for a single thing. Thank you too Micklagard for the support along the way and for such an amazing jacket which I will treasure for years to come. Can’t recommend it enough, just buy it.

Väldigt skön och bra passform. Men jag är rädd att fodret på insidan av jackan tar den totala effekten av ullen. Går som hundförare och är väldigt beroende av att den andas ordenligt. Har byxor i vadmal som inte har något foder och de är magiska på att absorbera fukt. Har promenerat på slät mark, med jackan, och upplever att jag blir lite fuktig. Jag ser inte på någon bild eller i text att den ska vara fodrad på något sätt. Om några dagar blir det skidor i skogen. Då får vi se vad den går för.
